Sources Say They Were Having A Gathering With Friends And Family When Unknown Assailants Pulled Up And Drove By The Location Where The Brother Was Then Shot Twice. Two Others Were Also Being Targeted But No One Else Harmed.
Apparently The Victim Had Beforehand Robbed An Unknown Person Who Then Days Later Retaliated. The investigation is still on going.
